Privacy notice.
This notice explains how CEEZ AI (“Ceez,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, ceez.ai. We collect as little as we can, and we don’t track you.
Scope
This notice covers the ceez.ai website and the walkthrough requests you send us through it. It does not cover data our customers process with the Ceez platform. That data is handled under each customer’s agreement with us, including any data processing terms, and runs in the customer’s own environment.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Walkthrough requests: your name, work email, company and, if you choose to add it, a business objective you’d like to discuss.
- Emails: anything you include when you write to info@ceez.ai.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: when you load a page, our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, referrer and a timestamp. We use it only to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain, so loading the site does not send your information to third parties.
How we use it
- To respond to your walkthrough request and arrange a conversation — because you asked us to, and as a step before any agreement with us.
- To keep the website secure, diagnose problems and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
- To meet legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you — such as our hosting, email and customer-relationship providers — under contracts that limit their use of it to providing those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Ceez, our users or others.
Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where the law requires them.
How long we keep it
- Walkthrough requests and related emails: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into an agreement, in which case our records follow that agreement.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, unless we need them longer to investigate a security incident.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing info@ceez.ai. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
